Associate Consultants are participating members of EMYGHT.com or its Associate Partners in the myghtee Biz program. The related information shall be used to perform functions within the scope of service fulfillment.

- Industry Groups
From time to time, EMYGHT.com provides statistical information about logistics, service performances, trend patterns and navigation techniques to established 3rd Party groups. Such exercise may comprise of collective data that forms aggregate results. However, we will not provide any direct personal information that identifies a Client specifically.

EMYGHT.com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

- Access to confidential information in EMYGHT.com by Employees or its Associates are audited through passwords control with positive authentication system.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly solicit data, nor knowingly market it to children. We require that children under the age of 18 uses this service only in conjunction with the presence of their parents or guardians.

Membership & Associate Partner
Membership or Associate Partner accounts are non-transferable but may be terminated voluntarily anytime. If the Membership or Associate Partner account is maintained, then you shall agree to update the information as supplied by yourself to ensure accuracy at all times.

As a participant in our myghtee Biz program, you must not have more than 1 active email user-ID, whether it's by use of name, email address, an alias or combination thereof. If you breach this condition, EMYGHT.com reserves the right to terminate all arrangements and hold the owner liable for the recovery of any benefits obtained this way.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own membership account and password. You agree to take responsible ownership for all functions and activities that occur under your membership access. In no circumstances that you should share your password and should always ensure that the access is signed-out when not in use. And if you share a computer with someone, or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet café, you as an individual are held responsible for the security of and access to your computer.

Confidentiality Agreement
Employees of EMYGHT.com are bound by the Privacy Policy that is set-forth in the company’s Confidentiality Agreement. We assure you that the privacy of your information is protected by the Confidentiality Agreement at all times. If your information is to be shared by Associate Partners, &/or any other 3rd Party as stated in this Privacy Policy, your information is also subjected to the Confidentiality Agreement.
