The "Terms Of Use" is established between EMYGHT.com and the users of
EMYGHT.com. Users must be 18 or over to agree to the "Terms Of Use". By
continuing to use EMYGHT.com, the users indicated the agreement to be bound by
the "Terms Of Use". If the users do not agree with any part thereof in the
"Terms Of Use", the user should exit EMYGHT.com immediately.
